The FWW project will make creative use of state-of-the-art computer animations and videos to depict what homes, other buildings, streets, neighborhoods, cities, rural areas, transportation systems, energy systems might be like in a low-carbon sustainable society. The following are examples of computer animations available for use in The Future We Want exhibit and web site. In addition, the FWW team will produce a variety of original computer animations and videos with technical assistance from leading sustainable development experts:

Imagine KC - Light Rail Transit Video - Produced for Kansas City Public Television and the Mid America Regional Council as a way to explain that Light Rail is not just about moving people, but how pedestrian friendly developments are created around station locations, making light rail a catalyst for positive change in the community.


Vela Marketing Video - Produced for a Dallas developer to show how high-density urban housing can be made attractive. This video is an example of how real people can be composited them into computer animations - a technique FWW will use to incorporate well-known figures into its depictions of the future.


Mixed-Use Real Estate Demo Reel - This video is a compilation of the urban infill / mixed-use real estate projects be Arnold Imaging, a key FWW partner.
